Traditional sabeki puja
A bonedi bari (old family) puja held in the courtyard and thakurdalan of the Shobhabazar Raj family home. Dress and behave as you would in a private home.
Heritage: Raja Nabakrishna Deb celebrated Durga Puja here on a grand scale in 1757, after the Battle of Plassey. The surviving courtyard and thakurdalan are the most intact parts of the house.
